Julie has been actively involved in the strategic and statutory planning on some of Melbourne’s largest and premier development projects, including Delfin’s Caroline Springs Estate (2005 UDIA Master Planned Community Award), Central Equity’s Woodland Waters in Mernda (2010 UDIA best residential project of more than 250 lots), Australand’s St Andrews Field in Deer Park and many others.
