Williams Landing

This is an exciting large-scale development spanning over 275 hectares. It consists of over 2000 dwellings and will be a showcase for environmental sustainability in the future.

A Cedar Woods development, Williams Landing is the former historic airfield of the RAAF Base in Laverton.

Our role in this innovative project includes the retail and commercial development in the exciting 55-hectare town centre including a state of the art new train station.

Urban Design & Management are the principal design engineers. We have had significant urban design input into multiple stages of residential development across a wide scope of dwelling types from apartment buildings to standard residential lots. In addition, we are acting in the role as the civil superintendent for the train station/overpass and associated civil works.
